A really great and well thought-out app. The money is more than well spent

14.Sep.2021: Good app, works reliably within the limits of GPS accuracy. What I would like is for a blue dot to be set when the current drift is greater than the previous maximum drift, even if the 10-minute interval has not yet expired. Addendum 17.Sep.2021: It's great that my suggestion was implemented immediately with today's update. For this, I'm upgrading to 5 stars.

Really great, warned me 2 times when anchoring while fishing on the Dollart today! Finally, sounds that you can hear when you're dozing off into dreamland!

Bought the app to be able to monitor the position of my boat from the shore while on holiday. I tested the function with two paired mobile phones. One on board and the other with me. To pair, the sending phone displays a QR code that the receiving phone has to scan. And off it goes.

Here's a tip for all users: I have the QR code printed out as a screenshot and always have it in my wallet. I can scan it again with the receiving mobile phone in case I accidentally switch off the running app or my hand should fail. This "back-up" works great.

Suggestion for improvement: I would like to make the alarm sound louder and stronger.

So far the best app I could find for my smartphone. However, the set anchor is deleted when I close the app. Either the anchor position would have to be saved, or a push message would have to come that you can also close the app completely by mistake, as is the case with Samsung health or many other apps.

The position of the anchor is constantly deleted and this happens at least once every time the anchor is dropped. This does not really inspire confidence in an anchor watch.

All the necessary functions are clear and good, but the alarm has not made any sound for a few hours. Media volume maximum, energy optimisation switched off. Within 2 days the developer provided a corrected version, now there are 5 stars. Super service!
